3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

AI platforms: Your brand name, location, and industry are included in queries sent to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity as part of the audit process. No personal contact information is included in these queries
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of WebSight Design or others
Business transfers: If WebSight Design is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and brand information for as long as your subscription is active. Audit reports and portal data are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days following cancellation. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed password storage, and restricted access to production systems. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the service and understand how it is used. We use Google Analytics to collect aggregated usage data. You can decline non-essential cookies through the cookie banner displayed on our marketing pages. Declining does not affect your ability to use the service.
