Account questions
When does my first audit run?
Your first audit is queued immediately when your payment is confirmed. It typically completes within 15 to 30 minutes. You will receive an email notification when your report and action plan are ready.
Can I upgrade or change my plan after signing up?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from the account section of your client portal. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Upgrading to Growth or Pro unlocks additional features including your portal, trend tracking, and the AEO Action Plan.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime with no penalty. Your access and scheduled audits remain active through the end of your current billing period. After that, no further audits run and no additional charges are made. Your report history remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
Can I track multiple brands under one account?
Each subscription covers one brand. If you manage multiple locations or brands, each requires its own plan. Contact us if you are an agency or manage several brands and we can discuss a multi-brand arrangement.
